Captain Henrick Hollesen has more than 20 years of high speed vessel, yacht, and passenger vessel experience in senior positions and as Training Captain both on civilian (passenger ships and yachts) and US Navy ships. HSV Consulting focuses on delivering exceptional hands-on training in ship maneuvering, deliveries, management, inspections and other maritime needs.

Notable projects include:

  • Start-up, training, & shoreside training of management/operating of HSC Spirit of Ontario 1, 86 m, Austal high speed passenger catamaran operating on Lake Ontario between Rochester, NY USA & Toronto, Canada.

  • New route start up, training, & shore side training/operating of HSV Alokai, 107 meter Austal Catamaran operating between Oahu & Maui, Hawaii, USA.

  • Operating & management with FRS operating routes across Straits of Gibraltar, in Oman and US.

  • Consulted, developed, & delivered high speed craft training & certification for the US Navy at the Naval Academy.

  • Expert field witness consultation for a maritime case between the US & Cuba.

  • Sea trials with multiple High Speed Vessels in the Mediterreanen, UK, Australia, Caribbean and the Great Lakes, USA.
